Oh look, something that doesn't have Arcee in it. 
My first serious attempt at drawing G1--well, anyone. 
I discovered I actually enjoy drawing those ridiculous cube designs. Everything fits together a lot easier than it does in TFP. Who knew? 
I realized that literally ALL I ever seem to draw is Optimus/Arcee fanart or random human characters, so I made a list of characters from Transformers or from other fandoms that I wanted to learn to draw, and figured I'd draw these two first and see how it went. It was just going to be practice, until I heard THIS song >>>[link] and had one of those "OHMAHGAWTHISFITSTHEMPERFECTLY" moments.
That's where the lyrics on the pic are from, FYI.
NOTES:
This took roughly five hours. But it seemed a lot faster than that.
This WAS my favorite pairing, until 'Scrapheap' made me ship Optimus/Arcee. But it still ranks a comfortable second place.

Oh my God! They are beautiful. I confess I only like this couple in TFA . Although, I really like these characters in G1. Okay, it's a beautiful couple. It was very good, congratulations for art and the couple's choice.
